May Is National Physical Fitness Month

Yes that's right, May is National Fitness Month! How are you doing with your personal fitness goals?? Too often we fail to stick with our goals because we lack of motivation and commitment. Not sure where to start? Try to focus on your personal health. If you target a personal section benefits include reducing risk of such chronic diseases as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer; in addition to weight control and reduced stress. Enjoy a run or yoga outside by the beach or park. It's spring time and time to spring into action! Don't forget to reward yourself for committing and completing your goals, you deserve it!
