Fact Friday: Coffee Reduces Heart Disease and Stroke

Did you know coffee helps reduce heart disease and Stroke. In recent study of about 130,000 Kaiser Permanente health plan members, people who reported drinking 1-3 cups of coffee per day were 20% less likely to be hospitalized for abnormal heart rhythms (arrhythmias) than nondrinkers, regardless of other risk factors. -WEBMD

Drink Up! Drink Coffee For Energy And Better Health

Drink up! Don't be afraid to say 'One more Cup Please' Not only do we drink more coffee for energy, but now for better health.

Recent research indicates that coffee may not be so bad after all. Newer studies have shown that coffee may have benefits, such as protecting against Parkinson's disease, type 2 diabetes and liver cancer. But it doesn't stop at that, coffee also has high content of antioxidants.

Researchers from the National Institutes of Health and the AARP, conducted a study beginning in 1995 and ending in 2008. Over 400,000 people participated, ranging in age from 50 to 71 years old. All were relatively healthy at the beginning of the trial, with none reporting a history of heart disease, stroke or cancer. Of that number, 50,000 passed away during the course of the trial. They found that people who drank three or more cups of coffee a day had a 10 percent chance of living longer than their coffee-abstaining peers. Coffee protected against various forms of death with the exception of cancer.

GanoCafe is not only tasteful but great for you. Our products are natural and healthy! Our mantra is "Enriched living" and by definition this means adding greater value, restoring elements lost or depleted, and increasing desirable qualities to your life and your living.
